The fear Wisely lecture, is all about teaching you to understand fear and how to manage it not just in self defense but in day to day life. As a former Special force operator in one of the toughest IDF units “Duvedevan”, Kfir is no stranger to stress and intense mental difficulties. From all that he learned and experienced both in the IDF, Martial Arts and Life Kfir wants to help you understand your fear.

Kfir also wrote, “The Complete Guide to Using Fear”, Currently only available in Hebrew. Kfir has given this lecture all over the world but in Israel it has helped many with their fears, anxieties and over all mental health.
