The 6 hour seminar will be a overview of Krav Maga from Master Sargent Kfir Itzhaki, former Special Forces operator and Krav Maga Instructor. Kfir is also an Israeli national hero, Counselor, and Israeli Bestselling author.
This course will cover the basics of Krav Maga as taught by Kfir dealing with the physical and mental aspects of Krav Maga and Self Defense.
All are welcome, no matter your school affiliation, Martial Arts experience, or background.
