This is an assessment for eligible students.
White Belt: 30–40 hours, minimum 3 months at belt, regular class attendance, and a minimum of 10 sparring sessions.
Yellow Belt: 40 hours, minimum 4 months at belt, regular attendance in Novice classes, and consistent sparring.
Orange Belt: 60–80 hours, minimum 6 months at belt, regular attendance in Novice classes, and consistent sparring.
If you are eligible, you should have received an invitation email. If you have already completed this assessment but have not done your test yet, you’re welcome to do the assessment again for extra practice—there is a $25 fee to be assessed again.
If you have not received an invitation and believe you are eligible, please speak with your instructor.
Your exact start date will depend on your rank, as Orange Belts start earlier than Yellow and White Belts.

If you are an advanced student (Green Belt and up), you can attend for free to help out and earn additional training hours.
